All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that "processing" refers to the time taken to make your item, it does not take into account the shipping time - this is a seperate time frame determined by shipping companies.
There may be delays in processing around peak times, but this will be clearly stated upon purchasing your products.
While all processing and shipping time frames are provided as accurately as possible, please be aware that there are some extenuating circumstances that are out of our control, especially when it comes to shipping. Examples of this are delays due to COVID-19, fires/flood or other weather related problems. These conditions are out of our control but this information will be made clearly available before completing a checkout process.

Free Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Attadale, Perth, WA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and pick-up address.
Our in-store pickup hours are available 7 days per week.
International Shipping
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping. We will look to introduce this in the future.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at amgcreations@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We reserve the right to wait up to 21 business days from the date of dispatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
