Orders, refunds, returns, and exchanges
Orders:
You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering through our online store and completing the checkout process. You will receive an order acknowledgement via email which outlines the products you have ordered. Once we have received full payment for the order, we are deemed as having accepted the order.
We are unable to accept any cancellations on orders once they have been personalised or packed ready for shipping.
When ordering, please refer to the size guide for each individual item. Numeric sizing is not an accurate guide to measurement and fit as it is very variable.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(1) Where goods are not available
(2) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(3) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(4) If we receive abusive behaviour or threats. Following this behaviour, we are entitled to cancel or decline your order.
Returns and Exchanges:
A refund will only be issued if your item is faulty or incorrectly personalised.
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for the following:
(1) Change of mind
(2) You bought the wrong size or colour. Robe/Pyjama colours and size charts have been provided for each product.
(3) You don't like it anymore
(4) You found the product cheaper after completing our checkout process
(5) The product had a known and listed fault which you knew before you bought it.
Garment Care:
Lettering on robes and pajamas are created with a high quality heat transfer vinyl. We do not use embroidery.
(1) Cold wash cycle and line dry. Do not tumble dry.
(2) Warm iron. Place a tea towel (or similar) directly over any lettering prior to warm ironing. Do not hold the iron over the letters for any length of time.
We will not accept liability for any damages caused to the gown/pyjamas and it's lettering due to improper care.
In the unfortunate and unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, we require you to contact us directly within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You must include photographic evidence of any faults. We will then be able to advise you on how to proceed with a return if applicable. Refunds will not be given as a result of garment misuse. We will not accept any responsibility for washing and ironing of garments.
Colours:
Screen colours and settings vary between devices and screens. As a result it is possible that the colour of your robe/pyjama set is a slightly different colour to the display on our website. Please be aware that slight colour discrepancies may occur.
Colour choice by the buyer is final and we will not be held responsible for any change of mind surrounding colour choice. We will not replace your itens if you do not like the colour combinations once printed. Care is taken to photograph our products as accurately as possible in varying lighting.
Sale items:
Sale items are non-returnable.
Sale items MAY have defects which will be listed in detail prior to purchase.
Use of our website signifies that you have agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. If you choose to refuse any of these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order products from this site.
